Who is responsible
The controller for data processed on this site and in the Zipact app is Carlstadt Partners GmbH, Fürstenwall 69, 40217 Düsseldorf, Germany, contact info@clearview.cx.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email), the content you create in your workspace, and technical data needed to run the service (sign-in events including IP address, error reports, and an activity log of who changed what). This marketing site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties — the fonts are embedded in the page itself.
Why, and on what legal basis
To provide the service to you and your organisation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract), and to keep it secure and running reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in preventing abuse and diagnosing faults). We do not process special-category data, and we do not use your data for advertising or automated decision-making.
Processors we use
We use these processors, each under a data-processing agreement:
Supabase — database, authentication and server-side functions.
Microsoft Azure — static hosting for this site and the app.
Resend — transactional and notification email.
Cloudflare — authoritative DNS.
Where a processor operates outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with the supplementary measures agreed with that processor.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is in use. Content you create is kept until your organisation deletes it; a deleted workspace is recoverable for 30 days and then permanently destroyed. Technical records expire automatically: the activity log after 365 days, sign-in events after 180 days, and error reports after 90 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing; you may also complain to a supervisory authority (for us, the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen). To exercise a right, contact info@clearview.cx.
On an erasure request we anonymise your name, email and personal details across the account, the sign-in and error logs, and the activity trail. Work you authored stays in your organisation’s boards with its authorship anonymised, so the record of what was decided remains coherent for the people who still rely on it.

The service
Zipact is a work-tracking tool provided by Carlstadt Partners GmbH, Fürstenwall 69, 40217 Düsseldorf (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your organisation's members and keeping access secure. Give accurate details and only sign up if you're authorised to act for your organisation.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to infringe others' rights.
Plans and billing
The Free plan covers up to 5 people at no cost. Team is €6 and Business €12 per user per month, charged monthly in advance for the people in your organisation, and renewing monthly until you cancel. Prices are net and exclude VAT, which is added at the statutory rate where it applies. You can change plan at any time; a downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing month. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may take it down briefly for maintenance.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the Product Liability Act applies. For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation essential to performing this contract, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of it. Any further liability is excluded.
Termination
Either side may terminate with 30 days’ notice to the end of a billing month; the right to terminate for cause is unaffected. Export your data before you go — every board exports to Excel and PDF. After termination a deleted workspace stays recoverable for 30 days and is then permanently destroyed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Where you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf. Contact: info@clearview.cx.
